JUDGMENT / ORDER

HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY Contempt Case No.707 of 2014 Date: 31-10-2014 Between:
G. Janardhana Rao .. Petitioner AND B. Vijay Kumar, the Divisional Forest Officer .. Respondent HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY Contempt Case No.707 of 2014 ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed stating that the respondent has violated the order dated 26-03-2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.9409 of 2014.
The case of the petitioner is that the respondent has not implemented the orders passed by this court in W.P.No.9409 of 2014 even after receipt of the said orders.
The respondent filed his counter stating that upon receipt of the court orders, the building is kept as it is without attending to balance works viz., electrical fixers, fans, tubes, bulbs etc., which would have enabled to allot the said quarters to the Front line staff working in Kotturu Forest section in the large interest of Forest and Wildlife Protection in that area and that though notice is issued for the forfeiture of FSD, the same could not implement owing to the court orders. It is further stated that the respondent has got great respect towards the orders passed by this court, he never violated the said order and he offered his unconditional apology.
In view of the averments stated in the counter affidavit, I do not find any violation of the orders passed by this court in W.P.No.9409 of 2014 by the respondent, and hence, the contempt case is liable to be dismissed.
Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed.
