O R D E R Learned counsel appearing for petitioner has filed a memo dated 06.10.2017 indicating thereunder that petitioner intends to withdraw the writ petition, since second respondent has come up with a proposal to allot an alternate site and has also issued allotment letter dated 16.09.2017 allotting site bearing No.245 situated at Arkavathi layout. Hence, he has sought for withdrawing the writ petition. Said memo is placed on record.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
