THESE WPs. COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Pursuant to the order dated 20.02.2019, Sri Santhosh, Assistant Director of Land Records, Bengaluru North Taluk, is present along with Sri V.Hanumantharayappa, Special Tahsildar, Bengaluru North Taluk, before this Court and would submit that due to technical snag in the System they were not able to complete the phodi and Durast work. However, they have filed a memo today with an undertaking, through AGA, agreeing to comply the same within four weeks.
2. Though in the memo they seek for four weeks’ time they would further volunteer to say that they will try to comply much earlier to that.
3. Their submission is placed on record.
4. Hence, by accepting their submission, these writ petitions are disposed of. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioners to revive the petitions, if the undertaking is not complied by the aforesaid authorities, within four weeks from today.
