And whereas the High Court, upon perusing the petition and the memo of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Rama Rao Immaneni, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondent herein to show cause as to why this petition should not be admitted.

are directed to show cause as to why in the circumstances set out in this petition and the memo of grounds filed therewith (copy enclosed) this Civil Revision Petition should not be admitted.
CRPMP.No. 2031 of 2014:
Petition under Section 151 of CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to order stay of all further proceedings including the eviction in pursuance to the order dated. 21-3-2014 as made in RC.No. 188 of 2009, on the file of the Additional Rent Controller, Secunderabad, pending disposal of CRP.No. 1451/2014 on the file of the High Court.
The Court further made the following ORDER:
“ Notice before admission.
The execution of warrant of delivery of possession only shall be stayed for a period of two weeks.
