Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue writ of mandamus or any other writ or order declaring that the notice dated 29.3.2014 issued by the 1st respondent is illegal, malafide and indiscriminate and set aside the same.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K. Mallikarjuna Rao, Advocate for the Petitioner and Smt. Deepthi, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent Nos.1 & 2, the Court made the following ORDER:
Post after Summer Vacation, 2014.
In the meanwhile, the learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation to obtain instructions.
Pending further orders, no steps shall be taken to enforce the impugned notice dated 29.3.2014. It is also made clear that the petitioner also shall not proceed with any further construction.
