ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
The petitioner seeks to revoke the suspension order passed against him.
The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that since the petitioner was suspended on specific charges which include misappropriation of funds , the suspension cannot be revoked.
Having regard to the submissions made on either side, the respondents are directed to complete the enquiry within a period of 2 (two) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that if the enquiry is not completed within the stipulated period, the respondents shall reinstate the petitioner into service.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
