This criminal petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No.14 of 2012 of Aiza police station, Mahabubnagar District for offence under Section 354 IPC.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that police completed investigation and filed charge-sheet as per the information received from the Station House Officer, Aiza police station through letter dated 26.06.2014. He further submitted that the charge-sheet is registered as Sessions Case No.121 of 2012 and case stands posted for trial.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor and as police have already filed charge-sheet, which is registered as S.C.No.121 of 2012 on the file of Assistant Sessions Judge, Gadwal, this Criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
