ORDER:
The petitioner, who is the fair price shop dealer of shop No.7 of P.Veerannapalli Village, Peddavadugur Mandal, Anantapur District, filed this writ petition with the grievance that respondent No.3 has stopped allotment of essential commodities to his shop from the month of August, 2014.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP) placed before the Court a copy of the letter in Rc.No.289/2014/CS, dated 11.12.2014, of respondent No.3, addressed to the learned Government Pleader, wherein he has stated that as the petitioner has made a representation dated 16.08.2014, stating that he was suffering from ill health and not in a position to remit the demand draft for all the essential commodities allotted to him, allotments were stopped and that on 02.12.2014, the petitioner appeared before him and has orally stated that he has recovered from ill health and that he is now in a position to run the shop. Respondent No.3 has further stated in the letter that he could not allot essential commodities for the month of December, 2014 as the last date for receiving demand draft was over and that he is intending to allot essential commodities to the petitioner from the month of January, 2015 and kerosene oil from December, 2014 itself.
In view of the above noted letter, the contents of which are placed on record, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.47982 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
