It is represented by the learned counsel for the parties that the prayer in the writ petition has been answered and the Account which was originally closed had been activated again with effect from 10.11.2017. A copy of the communication addressed to the learned counsel appearing for the Bank has been produced before this Court.
2. In the said circumstances, nothing survives for further consideration in the present writ petition and the same is closed. No costs.
