ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings No. Roc.B/7427/2014, dated 26.09.2014, of respondent No.3, whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s fair price shop authorisation.
At the hearing, respondent No.3, who is personally present, has placed before the Court proceedings No.Roc.B/7427/2014, dated 26.12.2014, whereby he has restored the petitioner’s fair price shop authorisation by holding that the major irregularities framed against the petitioner have not been proved.
In view of the said order, the petitioner’s grievance stood redressed and the writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel, W.P.M.P.Nos.48744 & 48745 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, are disposed of as infructuous.
