ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…. to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly, Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.4 in passing order, dated, 05.08.2014, vide Rc.No.1326/2014/F by suspending the authorization of the petitioner’s fair price shop Yerragunta Village, Rapthadu Mandal, Anantapur District as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to set aside the said proceedings and direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to run the said fair price shop.”
At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh) has placed before the Court a copy of proceedings in Rc.No. (F)1326/2014, dated 22.12.2014, of respondent No.4, whereby he has restored the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization by withdrawing the suspension order.
In view of the corrective steps taken by respondent No.4, the Writ Petition is closed.
As a sequel to closure of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.49446 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
