As per order dated 27.11.2018, appellants was granted two weeks time to comply with the office objections. Further it was ordered that if the office objections are not complied with within such period, appeal shall be listed for dismissal.
Even today the learned counsel for the appellants has not appeared. As per the office note, the objections are not complied with. Hence, in view of the order dated 27.11.2018, this appeal stands dismissed.
