The Govt of A.P., reptd by its Principal Secretary, Agriculture and Co-Operative Department, Hyderabad and three others.
… Respondents Counsel for the petitioner: Sri G.Ramachandra Reddy Counsel for the respondents: A.G.P. for Agriculture (A.P.) The court made the following:
ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“issue a writ order or direction particularly Writ of MandaImus directing the respondents not to evict the petitioner from Stall No.98 of "Rythu Bazaar" Swaraj Maidan, Vijayawada by declaring the impugned notice issued by the second respondent in his proceedings No.P1/281/2012 dated 08-11-0212, asking the petitioner to vacate Stall No.98 in "Rythu Bazaar" Swaraj Maidan, Vijayawada within 10 days from the receipt of the said notice without following due process of law and affording opportunity as illegal and arbitrary.”
At the hearing, it is not disputed by learned counsel for both the parties that the issue similar to that raised in the Writ Petition, viz., extension of allotment period of a stall in Rythu Bazaar beyond three years, was decided by this Court, vide Writ Petition No.33549 of 2014, dated 10.11.2014.

For a period of two weeks, the petitioner shall not be evicted from the stall allotted to him to enable him to make representation to the competent authority.
