Order:
The petitioner, who is the authorised dealer of fair price shop No.6 of Jaddetivalasa Village, Jami Mandal, Vizianagaram District, filed this Writ Petition feeling aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.3 in completing the enquiry and passing a final order pursuant to showcause notice issued to him vide Rc.No.1668/2012/M, dated 06-02-2013, In the affidavit, filed along with the Writ Petition, the petitioner averred that his fair price shop authorisation was suspended on 12-06-2012; that in reply to show cause notice, dated 06-02-2013, issued by respondent No.3, the petitioner submitted his explanation on 09-02-2013; and that despite lapse of more than 2½ years from the date of suspension of his fair price shop authorisation, enquiry has not been completed and final order has not been passed.
In the light of the above grievance of the petitioner, in which I find legitimacy, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.3 to complete the enquiry and pass a final order within two months from the date of receipt of this order.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.39005 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
