This petition has been filed by the contempt petitioner to punish the respondents for Contempt of the order made in W.P.No.18822 of 2004 dated 13.10.2009.
2. Heard Mr.R.Saseetharan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Venkatramani, learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by Mrs.M.E.Rani, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. Mr.K.Venkatramani, learned Additional Advocate General has produced a copy of the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 08.09.2017, in which as per the order of this Court in W.P.No.18822 of 2004, dated 13.10.2009, the respondents were complied with.
4. Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed.
