ORDER Petitioner has sought for quashing Annexure-B dated 25.06.2014 by which the petitioner was appointed as a Coordinator on 23.01.2014 and relieved abruptly without issuing notice to the petitioner.
Accordingly, communication dated 25.06.2014 is set aside reserving liberty to the concerned respondent to proceed after issuance of due notice and act upon petitioner’s explanation and decide the issue involved in the matter. The above exercise shall be completed within the period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
The petitioner is entitled to 50% of back-wages. Respondent-Zilla Panchayat shall pay the arrears of wages and it shall be recovered from Sri.Govindraj, the Chief Executive Officer, Tumkur Zilla Panchayath from his pocket not from Zilla Panchayath. Sri.Govindraj shall be heard in the matter by the competent authority who can order for recovery with reference to his lapses in issuing impugned order. Costs shall be paid within a period of three months.
Accordingly, petition stands disposed of.
