It is now represented that the said order was subjected to appeal in W.A.No.138 of 2014 and a conditional stay was granted by a Division Bench of this Court on 21.02.2014.
In that view of the matter, this contempt case does not survive for consideration and is accordingly closed. No order as to costs.
