This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No.
18 of 2010 of Women Police Station, Charminar, South Zone, Hyderabad, for offence under section 498-A of IPC.
2. None appeared for the petitioners.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that Police completed investigation and filed charge sheet and the same is registered as CC.No. 315 of 2012 on the file of XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.
