JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.JAICHANDREN, J.] Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.
2. At this stage of the hearing of the Habeas Corpus Petition, the 2nd respondent had produced the detenue before this Court. The detenue, namely, Ms.Prasana Vadhanaa, who is aged about 18 years, had stated that she had gone away from her home, for a short period. She had further stated that she is willing to go along with the petitioner, who is her mother. She had further stated that she would pursue her studies, at Dr.N.G.P. Arts and Science College, Coimbatore.
3. In such circumstances, the detenue is permitted to go along with her mother, who is also present before this Court, as per her wish. Hence, no further orders are necessary in the Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
