Counsel for the appellant, Sri Saurabh Srivastava has submitted that he does not wishes to press this appeal.
The appeal is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.
The claimant-respondent is free to recover the entire amount from the appellants including Rs. 25,000/- which was deposited before this Court by way of statutory deposit under Section 173 of Motor Vehicle Act, 1988.
Office is directed to remit the amount of Rs. 25,000/- to the concerned tribunal within a period of one week, which shall be adjusted in the amount to be paid by the appellants to claimants.
