Judgment:
This Appeal is filed against Order, dated 07-04- 2014, in IA.No.446 of 2012 in OS.No.182 of 2012, on the file of the Court of the learned VI Additional District Judge, Mahila Court, Visakhapatnam.
Mr.G.Purushotham Reddy, learned Counsel for the appellant, has circulated Letter, dated 25-07-2014, to the Registry wherein he has informed that in view of the interim order of status quo passed by this Court on 29-05-2014, the respondent has agreed to reopen the lock of the schedule premises pending OS.No.182 of 2012 and that therefore, no further orders are needed to be passed in this appeal.
At the hearing, the learned Counsel for the appellant has stated that the appellant seeks to withdraw the present appeal for the reasons stated in the aforesaid letter addressed to the Registry.
In view of the same, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand disposed of.
