Having considered the submissions of the parties and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, let the applicant Funni Chauhan convicted and sentenced in Session Trial No. 44 of 2002 arising out of case Crime No. 154 of 2000 under Sections 323, 308, 504 and 506 Indian Penal Code be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the list amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned. Realization of half of the fine imposed against the applicant shall also remain stayed during the pendency of this appeal before this Court.
