Patil, AGA) … Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the impugned communication issued by 1st respondent dated 24.07.2019 vide Annexure-S.
This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Sri. Ganesh N.I., learned counsel for Ms. Vijetha R. Naik, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri. Vijay Kumar A. Patil, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents.
The petition is admitted for hearing. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
2. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks quashment of the show cause notice dated 24.07.2019 contained in Annexure-S.
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner be granted liberty to participate in the process of tender.
4. On the other hand, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the bids have been invited from everyone and the petitioner is free to participate in the tender in question.
5. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit his bid in pursuance of the tender notification dated 24.07.2019.
