Fulsinh vs State

High Court Of Gujarat|10 July, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

The applicant - prisoner has taken out this application for parole leave for carrying out cultivation in his firm. The jail remarks-sheet indicate that on earlier occasion, the applicant - prisoner had over stayed for a period of 2,018 days.
This tendency dissuades the Court for not entertaining the parole application. The parole application is, therefore, required to be rejected and is accordingly rejected. The prisoner be informed accordingly.
