(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.M.KAPADIA) Special Criminal Application No. 440 of 2010 is filed by the father of the corpus Ashaben who is married with respondent No. 4 Prahladbhai Babulal Mali to find out the corpus Ashaben whereas Special Criminal Application No. 1297 of 2010 is filed by the father of the corpus Prahladbhai Babulal Mali to find out the corpus Prahladbhai Babulal Mali. Ashaben is married with Prahladbhai Babulal Mali and both are missing. Therefore, the above two petitions came to be filed by their respective guardians. The matter is adjourned from time to time. Uptill now both the corpuses are not traced out by the Investigating Officer. In view of this, we are constrained to direct the Police Commissioner, Ahmedabad City, to personally remain present before this Court so that we can pass appropriate order directing him to monitor the investigation and to find out the corpus by the Investigating Officers who are working under his territorial jurisdiction. The Investigating Officers are also directed to personally remain present before this Court on the next date of hearing. The matters stand adjourned to 25.11.2010.
