JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Mr.Chauhan, learned Counsel for Mr.Munshaw states that respondent No.4 is Vejalpur Municipality, which is now included within the limits of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation and since Mr.Munshaw is on the panel of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, he will not be able to appear against Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation and, therefore, he seeks two weeks' time to make alternative arrangement.
2. Hence, adjourned to 22.10.2012.
