Learned advocate for the applicant submits that as per the order passed by this Court (Coram:A.J.Desai,J) on 3.1.2012, the amount was required to be deposited with the trial Court and not with the Registry of this Court. In view of the above, the 2nd paragraph of the order dated 12.4.2012 is modified to the following extent.
"The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited with the trial Court in pursuance of the order passed by this Court (Coram:A.J.Desai,J) on 3.1.2012 and the trial Court is directed to make the payment of Rs.50,000/- to the applicant after due verification. xxxxxx"
