Taking into consideration the contents of the certificate dated 7th July 2012 issued by the Medical Officer, Central Jail Dispensary, Ahmedabad Central Jail it is deemed proper that the convict be re-examined not only by the Medical Officer, Central Jail Dispensary, Ahmedabad Central Jail but also by the experts of the Civil Hospital and report be submitted to this Court.
