(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) It is really shocking that the convict who is undergoing life imprisonment for offence under Sections 302 and 34 of Indian Penal Code in Sessions Case No.125 of 2005; wherein he was convicted by judgment and order dated 19.2.2007 has never gone out of jail since he was arrested in that case. By now, he has undergone 7 years, 2 months and 14 days as on 31.5.2012.
The remarks which are made available to the Court mentions that he has convicted for offence under Sections 302 and 34 of Indian Penal Code in Sessions Case No.125 of 2005, thereafter, he has convicted for the offence under Sections 25(1)B of Arms Act and Section 135 of B.P.Act in Criminal Case No.529 of 2005; wherein he has awarded imprisonment of 3 years. He also convicted for offence punishable under Sections 332 and 224 in Criminal Case No.416 of 2005 by judgment and order dated 31.7.2008; wherein he was also awarded imprisonment of 3 years. The remark sheet further mentions that he is also convicted for offence under Sections 379 and 427 of Indian Penal Code in Criminal Case No.452 of 1998 by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Abu Road, Rajasthan by judgment and order dated 3.1.2011; wherein he has awarded 1 year imprisonment.

Registry is directed to place the papers of Criminal Appeal No.1478 of 2007 along with this application on 20th June, 2012.
Learned APP to produce on record the details of all applications made by the convict so far praying for temporary bail along with reasons for which they are rejected.
