Copy of the certificate issued by the State Bank of India, Bhiloda Branch dated 9.4.2012 is ordered to be taken on record.
The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited with the Registry in pursuance to the order passed by this Court (Coram: A.J.Desai,J) on 3.1.2012 and the Registry is directed to make the payment of Rs.50,000/- to the applicant after due verification. After withdrawal of the said amount, the applicant is directed to deposit the said amount with the State Bank of India, Bhiloda Branch, Taluka Bhiloda, District Sabarkantha. S.O. to 23.4.2012.
