Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned State Attorney.
2. By this Writ Petition the petitioners have prayed for a mandamus directing respondents 1 to 5 to provide protection to the life and property of the petitioners. The petitioners' case is that the first petitioner is running a business of chemicals and perfumeries, which is looked after by the second petitioner. Allegations are made against respondents 6 to 9 that they have taken photographs of the petitioners' shop. Exhibit P4 complaint is claimed to have been submitted on 25.11.2014.
3. The learned State Attorney submits that the first petitioner, who is running the shop, does not have any trade licence. It is submitted that objections are raised by private respondents on account of the said issue.

4. In this Writ Petition we are not required to examine or expressing any opinion regarding the trade licence of the petitioner. We only observe that in the event of any offence or attempt to commit offence is taking place, it is always open for the petitioners to submit a complaint before respondents 4 and 5.
With the above observation the Writ Petition is closed.
