JUDGMENT / ORDER

A.M.Shaffique, J. This writ petition is filed seeking police protection on the ground that obstruction is being caused by the party respondent in regard to the functioning of a hospital. An interim order has already been granted by this Court on 14.05.2013.
2. The learned Government Pleader submits that thereafter, there has been no such obstruction and appropriate action has been taken by the police.
3. Having regard to the nature of averments in the writ petition, we do not think that any further directions are required to be passed in this case. We only observe that, if there is any cause of action, it shall be open for -2-
W.P.(C). No.12371 of 2013 the petitioner to approach the police, who shall look into the matter and do the needful.
This writ petition is closed accordingly.
