At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in in similar set of fact this Court has intervened and granted protection.
The order passed by this Court dated 28.8.2009 in writ petition no. 45147 of 2009 has been annexed at page 33 of the writ petition. Other orders are also annexed. Sri Rajesh Tripathi, learned counsel accepted notice for the Corporation.
He may file counter affidavit by the next date. Connect this petition with the writ petition referred above. In the meantime the order dated 17.5.2010 demanding additional security shall remain stayed. The electricity disconnection in consequence of the said order is also stayed.
