JUDGMENT / ORDER

Shaffique, J.
This writ petition has been filed seeking police protection for the smooth functioning of Christ Nagar Schools on account of threat from respondents 5 to 8. An interim order was passed by this Court on 19.8.2013.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the above interim order, there is no threat.
Hence, we close this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the police in the event of any further cause of action.
