JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner submits that he is the holder of Ext.P1 building permit to construct a residential building issued by the Geologist. The period of permit is expired. If any remaining area has to be extracted for the purpose of constructing the building, as per Ext.P1, after ascertaining the quantity to be removed from the site covered by Ext.P1, the Geologist shall renew the permit in accordance with law without insisting for No Objection Certificate and Environmental Clearance within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
