Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that pursuant to the notice dated 8.6.2021, he has already submitted his reply. The only submission is that the authority concerned may be directed to pass appropriate order after considering his reply.
Without observing anything on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of, expecting the authority concerned to pass appropriate order in accordance with law after considering all the aspects of the case.
