Petition is admitted for hearing. With the consent of the parties, it is heard finally.
2. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petition be disposed of with a direction to Superintendent of Police, Kolar to consider and decide the representations of the petitioner in a fixed time limit.
3. In view of the submission made and in the facts of the case, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Kolar to consider and decide the representations in accordance with law submitted by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today by a speaking order.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
