2. Irene Hilda Santhmayor, Aged about 58 years, W/o Elias D’Souza, Residing at Catherine Compound, Kulashekara, Neermarga, ... Petitioner Mangalore – 575 005. ... Respondents (By Sri.Rahul S Reddy, Advocate for R1 and R2 - absent) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the order dated 12.04.2013 passed by the 2nd Addl. Sr. Civil Judge, Mangalore in Ex Case No.94/12 vide Annexure – A and consequently allow the application filed by the petitioner under Section 151 of CPC 1908 and etc., This Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in 'B' Group, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous, by efflux of time, as the main proceeding itself has been disposed of by the Family Court.
The aforesaid submission is taken on record.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
