JUDGMENT / ORDER

RULE.
Learned APP Ms. C.M. Shah waives service of notice of Rule for the respondent - State.
Vide order dated 19.03.2012 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.3340/2012, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the applicant herein and others by imposing suitable conditions.
Heard learned Advocate for the applicant, who submits that the applicant is required to leave India on 01.04.2012 for the United States of America to participate in a Programme for short-term scholar between 01.04.2012 and 30.06.2012. Necessary documents in this regard are also annexed herein. Considering the above aspect, it is submitted that conditions No.6.(b) and 6.(e) may be suitably modified.
Considering the submissions of the learned Advocate for the applicant, conditions No.6.(b) and 6.(e) are required to be modified.
Accordingly, this application is allowed and the conditions No.6.(b) and 6.(e) stand suspended for a period of three and half months from today.
It is clarified that before travelling abroad the applicant shall obtain permission from the Trial Court by giving details of his travel Programme, which is mandatory under the provisions of the Passport Act.
Rule made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct Service is permitted.
