1. This petition has been filed praying for a direction to the police authorities to give protection to the petitioners as they have married without their parents' approval.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are major and they have performed their marriage on 14.12.2019 at Agra. The Nikahnama has been issued by the Quazi for a mehar of Rs.11,000/-, as has been filed as annexure to the petition.
3. It has been submitted that petitioners, having married against their parents' wishes, are being harassed.
4. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., Police Station Rasoolpur, Firozabad, who shall extend all necessary help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
