Learned counsel for the petitioners states that this petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition/application.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
However, Registry is directed to return certified copy of documents annexed along with this petition within a period of five days to learned counsel for the petitioners, after taking requisite receipt as per the rules of the Court.
