JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter is taken up for consideration on 26.09.2013 and 11.10.2013, there were no representation for the petitioner. Today also, the position is not different and there is nobody to represent. In the said circumstances, it is to be presumed that the petitioner has lost interest in the cause of action projected in this writ petition. The Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
