The order dated 12.3.2012 passed by this Court in Special Criminal Application No.401 of 2012 is corrected to read as under:
"Learned advocate for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appeal under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act,2005, before the competent appellate court.
Permission is granted.
This petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merit of the case."
The order stands corrected accordingly.
