JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Sri Anuj Kudesia, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shikhar Anand, learned counsel for the opposite party Nos.3 & 4.
Pursuant to order of this Court dated 26.11.2018, the petitioner has filed steps to serve upon the Contractor, who is the newly impleaded opposite party No.5.
As per the office report, neither undelivered cover has been received back nor any Vakalatnama on behalf of the newly impleaded opposite party has been filed.
List this petition in the week commencing 14.01.2019, within top twenty cases.
Meanwhile, Sri Shikhar Anand, learned counsel, may file counter affidavit on behalf of F.C.I. explaining each and every facts of the issue in detail.
