(C.M.Application No. 22889 of 2014) This is an application for extension of time.
Submission of learned counsel for applicant is that the applicant in pursuance to the order dated 03.01.2014, was required to deposit one-fifth of the amount shown in the recovery notice dated 13.12.2013 within a period of two months from the date of the order. Further submission of learned counsel for applicant is that an amount of Rs.96,74,233/- has been deposited by the applicant on 30.03.2014 but due to financial constraints, it could not deposit the entire amount. Therefore, the applicant prays that Corporation may be permitted to deposit the rest of the amount after adjusting the amount already deposited by him on 30.03.2014.
The application is allowed.
The applicant is permitted to deposit the entire amount adjusting the amount already deposited on 30.04.2014 in pursuance of the order dated 03.01.2014.
