This criminal original petition has been filed, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to set aside the order of the Principal Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar in Crl.M.P.No.1388 of 2009 dated 30.09.2009.
2.The petitioners filed the above Crl.M.P. before the Principal Sessions Judge, seeking transfer of the case in S.T.C.No.1591 of 2008 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai to some other Court.
3.The above S.T.C.No.1591 of 2008 has been filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act. The said case is of the year 2008. The Principal Sessions Judge dismissed the above Crl.M.P. On 30.09.2009. From 2009, there have been change of officers in the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court and therefore, the criminal original petition itself has become infructuous.
4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
