The petitioner has approached this Court challenging Ext.P3 order of the 2nd respondent-Society and seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to renew Ext.P4 recognition granted to the petitioner for the year 2014 - 15. The petitioner preferred appeal before the 2nd respondent-Administrator challenging Ext.P3 order. The learned Standing Counsel submitted that the Administrator has allowed the appeal and set aside Ext.P3 order and allowed renewal of application of the petitioner with effect from 13/1/2014 to 12/1/2015. The above order is placed before me by the learned standing counsel for the respondents. It is further ordered that renewal thereafter on usual terms. In the light of the above, I am of the view that no further order is necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
