PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Declaration, declaring that the classification of “ Foodgrains” as Class No.120, from Class No.110, under the rate Circular No.45 of 2006 by No.TCR/1015/2006 dated 24.05.2006 on the file of the respondent herein read with the advance rates notification for rate advise No.3 of 2006 (Goods No.34 of 2006) is concerned, as undue, unreasonable preference, and advantages in respect to the traffic of the Food Grains, thus contravening the provision of Section 70 of the Railways Act 1989.
