THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.17836 of 2014 ORDER :
The case of the petitioner is that he claims to have submitted an application dated 12.06.2014 requesting the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation-2nd respondent to enter into an agreement to fulfil the requirements requested by Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority-4th respondent. It is his grievance that so far no orders are passed on the said representation.
2. Having regard to the aforesaid submissions, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 12.06.2014 in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
