ORDER:
Though, in form, this writ petition is filed assailing the proceedings dated 29.05.2014 and 01.07.2014 of respondent No.3, in substance, the grievance of the petitioner is that the A.P. Co-operative Tribunal has not been disposing of I.A.No.155 of 2014 filed in C.T.A.No.32 of 2014.
Mr. D. Goverdhanachary, learned counsel for respondent No.5, has submitted that though the Tribunal was prepared to dispose of the said application, the case was adjourned on three occasions, at the request of the counsel for the petitioner. This submission is strongly disputed by Mrs. M. Vidyavathi, learned counsel for the petitioner.
This Court does not intend to delve into the dispute as to who is responsible for non-disposal of I.A.No.155 of 2014. It will suffice if the A.P. Co-operative Tribunal is directed to dispose of the said I.A. early.
Accordingly, the A.P. Co-operative Tribunal is directed to dispose of I.A.No.155 of 2014 in C.T.A.No.32 of 2014 within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order, after hearing both parties.
Subject to the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.34318 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
